STIM provides school based collaboration for IEPs, assessments, and BT support for part time and full time hours. Our BCBAs and BTs have experience supporting in public and private schools with a focus on 4-12th grades in the Greater Seattle Area.

Our mission is to work collaboratively with teachers, paras, and school admin to uphold the learning environment while providing easy to implement and accessible supports for our clients.

Join us as we practice ABA goals out in the community: socializing with friends, learning new self help skills, and interacting with community members.

Éowyn provides supervision with a focus on client centered programming, harm reduction, and naturally embedded trials to increase motivation and generalization. As an autistic BCBA, supervision focuses on quality of life for clients, accessibility of programming, and generalization across providers. Whether looking to practice and include unrestricted hours such as assessments during direct sessions or supervising other providers, we aim to focus on collaboration and creative problem solving and demystify unrestricted hours as often as possible. Rates are $35/hr with a minimum of 4 or 6 contacts per month in accordance with BACB guidelines.
